Mycryo is 100% pure cocoa butter in powder form. It is a noble fat - 100% vegetable - and ideal for frying meat, fish, vegetables and even the most delicate products like scallops, foi d'oie ... • Pure vegetable - 100% natural! • Resists high temperatures perfectly (up to 200°C). • Gives better and healthier frying results than other frying fats such as olive oil, butter ... • Can be applied in a wide variety of frying techniques: frying, sauteing, teppan, wok, grilling, BBQ'ing. • Mycryo is obtained through the cryogenisation of cocoa butter (freezing at very low temperature), an entirely natural process. HOW TO USE: -Spread a layer of Mycryo (mixed with seasoning and spices if desired) on the working surface. -Coat raw or blanched ingredients such as meat, fish, vegetables etc. with Mycyro. You can also sprinkle Mycyro directly on the ingredients. You can keep the ingredients in the fridge until you need them. -Fry in a dry, hot pan (no addition of other fats needed!)-Ready to serve!
