Two Days Hands On Cake Classes with chef Bronwen Weber on the Big Island
Big Island June 30th-July 1st from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM at the Fairmont Orchid:

Day two: This will be a two part class:
In addition to these classes there will be two Demos:
June 30th, 6:00-7:30 PM: Learn Bronwen's innovatve techniques on how to create mini 4" wedding cakes perfectly finished in a short time.
July 1st, 6:00-7:30 PM: Basics of airbrushing cakes.
The fee for a two day class is $700 plus tax, or if you want to do just one day it would be $450 plus tax. Classes include lunch, refreshments and material, just show up with a rolling pin.
The demos each cost $50 plus tax. Please contact us if you'd like to attend.

Frosted Art Bakery & Studio
Bronwen Weber, Executive Chef of Frosted Art Bakery & Studio in Dallas, Texas, started her 26 year career at the age of fourteen in a small bakery in Acton, Ontario. She has spent her time in bakeries and kitchens as a cake decorator, a cake designer, a baker, bakery manager, and a management trainer. Bronwen’s passion is teaching the art of the cake and she is a former Pastry Chef Instructor at the Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas. Bronwen continues to teach several times a year, often with her pastry minded husband, Francois Long.
In 2005 Bronwen took home the Grand Prize at the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show, the most prestigious wedding cake competition in America. Chef Bronwen’s winning Bombay Romance Cake was featured on Food Network’s “Here Comes the Cake” production. Subsequent appearances on more than 30 of the Food Network’s Cake competitions resulted in more gold medal wins than any other chef on the network. She has been granted the title of Cake Challenge Champion.
In 2010 she was named in Pastry Professional’s inaugural list as one of the top ten cake artists in North America, and in 2014 she was named top 25 most influential pastry chefs in America by bake magazine.
